LYME DISEASE... in Chemung County.  A recent tick survey of a public park area showed almost half of the ticks collected were infected with the bacteria capable of causing Lyme Disease.  For more information, click HERE.

We are located at 103 Washington Street, Elmira, New York.  Our campus consists of the John C. Gridley Health Center and the Peter Chalk Pavilion.  Environmental Health Services (737-2019) and Vital Statistics (737-2018) are both located in the Chalk Pavilion.
